State budgetary institution of health care of the Vladimir region » city clinical hospital No. 5 of Vladimir» organizes and conducts medical examination of foreign citizens to obtain a medical report on the absence or presence of diseases that pose a danger to others and are the basis for refusal or cancellation of a temporary residence permit or residence permit, or work permit in the Russian Federation, or a patent.
For medical examination a foreign citizen or a stateless person shall submit to the institution the following documents:
1) identity documents:
a) documents certifying the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation are a passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by Federal law or recognized in accordance with an international Treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen;
b) documents certifying the identity of a stateless person in the Russian Federation are:
— a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international Treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;
— temporary residence permit;
— residence permit;
— other documents provided by the Federal law or recognized according to the international Treaty of the Russian Federation as the documents proving the identity of the stateless person;
2) migration card and its copy (if any) for foreign citizens and stateless persons who arrived in the Russian Federation in the manner not requiring a visa;
3) visa and its copy (for foreign citizens and stateless persons who arrived in the Russian Federation in the order requiring a visa).
According to the results of the medical examination, a medical report is issued on the presence (absence) of drug addiction, infectious diseases that pose a danger to others and are the basis for the refusal to issue or cancel a temporary residence permit for foreign citizens and stateless persons, or a residence permit, or a patent, or a work permit in the Russian Federation.
* Medical examination is carried out within a period not exceeding 5 working days from the date of application of a foreign citizen or stateless person.
* The medical certificate is valid for three months from the date of issue.
